Sales Operations & Inside Sales Coordinator

Job Purpose

In this role, you will be the backbone of our customer journey - ensuring every order is perfect, supporting our sales team’s success, and providing top-tier service to our in-house accounts. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales order entry process, ensuring all data is entered accurately and timely into internal systems.
  • Assist the sales team by managing essential steps within the customer journey, including quote creation, order processing, and proactive customer follow-ups.
  • Act as a point of contact to resolve inquiries related to customer orders, accounts, and general service questions.
  • Maintain regular contact with in-house managed accounts, providing updates and managing new sales requests.
  • Handle inbound customer sales calls and inquiries with a professional, customer-focused demeanor.
  • Coordinate with production schedules to prioritize orders based on customer expectations and delivery deadlines.
  • Other duties as reasonably assigned.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years in sales support, order entry, or customer service, preferably within the technology or telecommunications industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience using CRM.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency speaking, reading, and writing in French is considered a strong asset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to learn and understand telecommunication technology.

Working Conditions

Standard office environment (8:00 am- 5:00 pm). Occasional work outside regular hours and travel may be required. Hybrid work environment (3 days in-office and 2 days remote per week).
