Technical Operations Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities
- Planning tasks for the Technical Support team.
- Coordinating with the Operations Department to ensure availability of required equipment for technical work.
- Maintaining and updating customer system documentation.
- Registering delivered and installed equipment in the central database.
- Registering customers with a Service Level Agreement and scheduling related appointments.
- Transferring and registering site survey information for the installation team.
- Preparing monthly and quarterly RMA (Return Material Authorization) reports (including number of cases received, completed repairs, lead times, and cost-benefit analysis).
- Preparing monthly and quarterly project and installation reports (including project progress and cost-benefit analysis).
- Taking minutes of team meetings and other relevant sessions.
- Determining warranty status of defective terminals and initiating the RMA process where applicable.
- Communicating with customers regarding the status and progress of ongoing RMA cases.
- Communicating with external manufacturers in case of outsourced RMA processes.
- Full administrative handling and tracking of the RMA process.
Qualifications
- MBO+ working and thinking level, preferably in a technical or administrative field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a support or planning role within a technical environment.
- Strong command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with ERP systems and customer databases.
- A willingness to embrace and live the core values of Network Innovations.
Working Conditions
This position typically operates in a professional office environment. Standard office hours are 8 AM to 5 PM; however, work outside of regular office hours may be required. The work schedule is 32-40 hours per week in our office in Eersel. This role routinely uses standard office equipment and software.
Physical Requirements
- The ability to sit for extended periods of time at a desk while working on a computer or reviewing documents.
- The ability to use hands to manage and control a keyboard and mouse.
- The ability to understand and communicate clearly with others through speaking, listening, or writing.
- The ability to move around the office to attend meetings or retrieve documents.
