  • Manage all aspects of sales order entry, ensuring orders are accurate, complete, and entered in a timely manner within internal systems for both house and assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with engineering to gather and validate technical specifications required for accurate quoting.
  • Perform SIM-based and other airtime activations, ensuring services are provisioned correctly and within required timelines.
  • Establish and manage order priorities based on customer expectations, production schedules, and delivery requirements, proactively monitoring and expediting orders as needed.
  • Assist in resolving issues related to customer orders, accounts, billing inquiries, and general service requests, escalating when appropriate.
  • Partner with collections and finance teams to support invoicing accuracy and address billing-related questions for assigned accounts and sales representatives.
  • Provide backup and coverage for the sales team and sales support peers during absences, including responding to customer inquiries and managing activations.
  • Answer inbound calls and return voicemails using phone systems and other communication platforms.
  • Manage walk-in client interactions, including intake, inquiries, and appropriate follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date CRM and ERP records for house accounts.

Qualifications

  • Maritime experience is a plus! Experience in maritime telecommunications, satellite, or a related technology field is highly preferred.
  • 1+ years in sales support, data entry, or administrative roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and NetSuite; familiarity with SIM/airtime activations or provisioning is a strong advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in English with a professional, customer-focused communication style for phone and face-to-face interactions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage the "Quote-to-Cash" process and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A willingness to embrace and live the core values of Network Innovations.
