Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will drive the full sales cycle—from handling incoming inquiries and managing key accounts to entering orders and partnering with our activations team. Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and CRM systems, ensuring timely follow-up and proper qualification.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting, including calls, emails, and targeted outreach campaigns.
- Qualify leads, assess customer needs, and recommend appropriate products and service solutions.
- Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and pricing options, and follow up to close sales opportunities.
- Support the full sales cycle from lead generation through order processing and post-sale follow-up.
- Independently enter and manage sales orders, collaborating with the activations team for provisioning activities to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Nurture and grow revenue within existing accounts through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Educate customers on service plans, pricing, and value-added features to drive informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activity within CRM systems.
- Follow established sales processes and workflows, including proper use of ticketing or case management systems.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets, KPIs, and activity metrics.
- Monitor account activity and proactively identify risks and opportunities to maximize customer retention and growth.
- Assist in resolving customer issues by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring clear, timely communication.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Stay informed on product updates, pricing changes, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency speaking, reading, and writing abilities in English with a professional and customer-focused demeanor.
- 2+ years of inside sales or customer-facing experience, ideally in telecom industries.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficient in CRM systems, NetSuite and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of telecommunications products and services (voice, data, satellite, wireless).
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to adapt to changes and absorb new ideas and concepts quickly.
- A positive attitude and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Working Conditions
This position typically operates in a professional office environment. Standard office hours are 8am to 5pm, however, work outside of regular office hours and occasional travel will be required. This role routinely uses standard office equipment and software.
