Mike Fink

With nearly 20 years of leadership experience across program management, service delivery, field operations, and supply chain management, Mike brings a strong track record of operational excellence and customer-centric innovation. Drawing on his studies in Electrical Engineering at the University of New Orleans, he combines technical insight with a data-driven approach to performance improvement, making him a key strategic contributor to the NI leadership team.

Mike began his career in cellular communications at Verizon Wireless, which led to a pivotal role in the restoration of critical infrastructure following Hurricane Katrina. He played a key part in designing and deploying a region-wide microwave backbone system that reestablished essential connectivity across the Gulf Coast. He went on to hold roles of increasing responsibility at Caprock and Speedcast, gaining deep expertise in offshore operations, VSAT technology, IP networking, and global supply chain leadership.
