Operating 24/7, our customer support center has the tools to measure network vitals and usage characteristics for our clients. In addition, all customers have access to NI Portal – an easy to use interface accessible by phone, tablet, or computer – to view services, usage, invoices, and trouble tickets.

NI Portal enables technical teams to view reports on system performance including bandwidth usage, statistics, and availability in near real-time. Create custom graphs to compare data variants and export custom CSV files – with the ability to specify desired variants and time-periods. NI Portal also allows users to send reports to designated individuals at custom intervals i.e. weekly, monthly, etc.
